Staff are rude and always seem uninterested. Have had appointments double booked and cancelled at short notice several times, on one occasion without telling me. Worst of all they didn't bother to give a vender my offer on a property and when I asked them to do so was told that they would not because someone else had already made an offer so mine wouldn't be accepted. Completely incompetent.

Couldn't agree more with the comment bellow!! Worst customer service ever! Didn't even bother to turn up to a viewing and completely wasted my time expecting me to wait there till they were ready not even an apology! Having a 9-5 job in a letting agency myself! I had to arrange this for a Saturday! They eventually left me an answer phone message apologising offering me two options for another appointment both of which I could not attend which they would of known if they bothered to actually listen to me! Rude arrogant staff that needed to be knocked down a peg or two!

An absolute disgrace. Every time I call I am put through to someone different and they couldn't give you the time of day.
I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Even a simple process such as viewing a house has turned into the most arduous task in the world for those sat in the office.
If I could have given them no stars, I would of. Steer clear or regret it!!
