exceptional service, james was very upfront and honest and gave us a few solutions to solving a shower fault, he also gave us different cost options, he managed to get the shower working again the very same day and for less than originally quoted, very honest tradsman which is refreshing to see, will use again 05-02-12

What a great service, I would recommend Mallen to anyone who was looking for a professional, conscientious and reliable plumbing company. As a landlord i was a little sceptical of employing a new plumber but in not only rectifying the work of a previous/dodgy plumber they repaired and improved the whole system and at a great price. Informing me of all progress made, options available and advice to keep costs down they have surpassed any expectations i may have had, well done and thanks! 06-02-11
