I've been going to this place for about 6 months now. It's convenient as I live just up the road from it. The staff here are lovely! All very friendly, welcoming and best of all, just normal! I never feel self conscious about myself here, the girls always chat to you, even if your sat waiting while they're cutting. I even had my coat put on for me after todays cut... They also listen to what you want, and there is no rushing to get you done and out. V. happy to tip these lovely people and there business. They also offer beauty services, (available on Saturdays only) I am yet to try but going off what I've received already, im sure ill be happy :) Hope this helps :)
