Ordered two leather chairs and was told they had a lead time of 12 weeks but could be sooner. Order date was Monday 10 April. I have been told they should be delivered on Thursday 3rd August, which is the 17th week from ordering, four months and a few days. The Customer Sales Document is in fact a contract heavily biased in the HoF favour. During this delay no apology from the Manager, the only contact resulted from my communication to them. So before commit READ THE SALE DOCUMENT
