My elderly neighbour visited the drake circus store and returned home very upset and disgusted with the two ladies that dealt with her. Her phone wasn’t working and she has a contract with you. She was told she needed a new phone and they couldn’t help her with her SIM card. They were both extremely rude and intimidating. She was made to feel inadequate and it has upset her very much. They told her to buy a new phone. The phone she has was bought about 14 months ago and contract runs out in December. She rang the helpline number the next day and spoke to a lovely lady who has now helped her. Where is the customer service. This is not the first time I have heard about bad customer service at this shop. Disgusting.
