One word shocking. My wife booked well in advance and paid in full with deposit. Come the day I needed the van I arrived at what can only be described as step toes yard, to be honest I thought it was a scrap yard for used vans. Managed to locate there office which happened to be locked. On looking around managed to find a man who informed me the manager was out. I called him and he said sorry u can't have a van we have been involved in a accident with the van I asked if we could have the van in the yard he said no someone else was having that. He also said we have been trying to contact you all week to let us no about the van that had just been in a crash. We left 2 phone numbers and our address which is just around the corner so he never tried to hard. To be honest I'm glad we were let down cause the vans looked like they would go about 10 miles.
