Not happy with M&S money taken from my account ,went to pick up my partners Birthday present only to fine it had been sent back ,three week later got my bank statement to find money has not been put back in to my account ,I phoned them today 11/9/13 time12:15 was told that they would phone back as you would expect no phone call ,incompetent staff & management if this is not sorted in the next 24 hrs I will be going to the C.A.B I will never shop in M&S again use to be the pride of Plymouth not any more sorry to say .
