Very badly ran. Told shoes take 2/3 weeks...actually took 6 weeks and then one pair were missing. No phone call to apologise for delay and was not told one pair hadnt arrived. I have left messages for Kerry who will get back to you in her own time that's if she bothers at all. Owes me two refunds, one for the no show of shoes, still waiting! tried ringing again today and no number recognised! This company is a con, I advise not to order anything through them!
