Today 15th December 2014 at about 5.30 pm I had seen a ring in the window which was a aqua marine, the price in the window of £375 on display.My wife asked to look at it as it is her birth stone and liked the shape of the ring. We were served by a very nice lady who was very helpful, my wife tried on the ring it fitted perfectly and fell in love with it.I said I would buy it for Christmas for her she was very excited.The lady went to the till and proceeded to put it in a box and bag with some chocolate, I was asked how I would pay and told her with cash. I asked how much to check she told me £3750. I said it is £375 we checked the window and it was £375. She told me she couldn't sell it to me as a mistake had been made. I was humiliated and my wife left very upset.I won't be using this jeweller again.
