Absolutely awful service from the members there. I arrived there around 3pm looking to do an upgrade to an iPhone 6plus, rose gold, which I was served by Tom, who checked twice to ensure I would pay £37.47 per month, excluding other charges. We had checked everything out and I was all ready to pay when Tom said he would have to swap us with another member of the team, Joshua since he had been booked in with another customer. Joshua quickly checked everything and we had to pay a £115 early upgrade charge which was done over the phone. Then, as we went to check out Joshua told us to choose from three tariffs and they certainly was not the £37.47 that Tom has said. In fact, it was £45.00 and obviously we did not want this and it was extremely frustrating as there had been unnecessary confusion between Tom and Joshua. Then, we asked for our already paid £115 back and then he started saying how you had to go to an EE store for refund, which is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. If you could make the transaction why can't you retract it. After, a long, heated discussion and 2 hours later they were finally able to return our money. I am disgusted how I wasted 2 hours for nothing when all I wanted was to get a phone for my daughter- absolute waste of time and poor customer service.
