Phoned the shop as looking for Brooks trainers and I understood this shop stocked this brand.
The person answering the phone was very helpful and spent time understanding what I wanted to purchase. Initially I was looking for advise but felt confident that the product I wanted would be correct and that this purchase would be right for my specific foot problem.
I received the product as expected and found the trainers to be exactly as described and fitting perfectly.
I just wanted to thank the shop for taking the time to ensure I had the right trainers.
I am now the proud owner of a pair of Brooks adrenaline trainers in a fantastic colour and that fit perfectly. Its the first time for a long time that I have been able to walk in comfort and feel fully supported at the ankles. Thankyou again.
