Delivery took 2 hours. Phoned after 1 hour 30 mins to be told would be 10 minutes and will add an extra free portion of prawn crackers. Food turned up with 1 egg fried rice missing and a bottle of drink missing and the extra prawn crackers. Phoned staff who were very rude advising they wouldn't be able to send out the food they missed out and would offer us vouchers they get free. After numerous calls they hung up 3 times refused to answer the phone to which we attended the shop whereby they eventually offered a £5 refund which the female young staff member advised would come out of her wages!! Awful service were regular customers. Never again!!

Truly awful customer service. Accidentally ordered to wrong address and called to correct it, only to be yelled at, told never to call again and not receive my meal. I will never be ordering here again!

Ordered delivery from here last night and it was the worst chinese we have ever had. Food delivered was cold and tasteless. we sent it back and are glad we did as that evening my partner was violently sick and i had tummy cramps.
Don't order from her unless you like being ill. management were really not bothered about the problems we had however i did manage to convince him to give us some of the money back that we had spent. Not impressed and won't eat here again.

We are usually very pleased with this takeaway but had one today which cost us nearly £20 but was very disappointed with what we had it was absolutely tasteless as was my girlfriends and my daughters, I am not one to complain but we did phone them to ask if they had changed there chef and was told that they had problems with there sauce...don't think so but if they new this why are they still selling it it was utter garbage as was the food, don't deserve 3 stars.

We started eating food from this takeaway. The food is genuinely awesome. However, lately the quality of their food has started deteriorating badly. We had a worst experience yesterday with half cooked food served, some of the ingredients were just not meant to be for the dishes that we ordered. On top of that we end up with stomach cramps. The management is non-responsive to customer complaints which is not a very good sign in itself.

Just had a great meal for six people deliverd within 35 min's on a Sat/night and we all loved it, it was del/free by a most well spoken chinese gent, thank god as I have been struggling to find a good take-away in Plymouth for some time.
