Ordered two leather chairs and was told they had a lead time of 12 weeks
but could be sooner.
Order date was Monday 10 April. I have been told they should be delivered on Thursday 3rd August, which is the 17th week from ordering, four months
and a few days.
The Customer Sales Document is in fact a contract heavily biased in the
HoF favour.
During this delay no apology from the Manager, the only contact resulted from my communication to them.
