My nails needed a rebalance so I popped in, I got moved around between the 2 technitions although I don’t know why. I wanted a pink and white manicure, but the woman didn’t listen and just put pink over. I told her this is not what I want so she huffed and took off just the front, and put white tips on. They look a complete mess and have started lifting after only 4 days. For £28 for a rebalance it’s not even cheap and wast totally appalling service and totally apauling aesthetics. I will never come here again.
