Couldn't agree more with the comment bellow!! Worst customer service ever! Didn't even bother to turn up to a viewing and completely wasted my time expecting me to wait there till they were ready not even an apology! Having a 9-5 job in a letting agency myself! I had to arrange this for a Saturday! They eventually left me an answer phone message apologising offering me two options for another appointment both of which I could not attend which they would of known if they bothered to actually listen to me! Rude arrogant staff that needed to be knocked down a peg or two!
