To be honest, one star is too many! The van I was given was still full of the last persons rubbish which had to be emptied into a skip while I waited. It was still full of sawdust which got over all the furniture that I was moving. The van was leaking fuel and I'm surprised that it had passed an MOT. The manager asked me to call him on my way back to the yard which I did and got no reply. I left the van at the yard and posted the keys in a box. Next thing I have had eighty pounds removed from my account for damages to the van! Surely there should be somebody there to check it over when it is returned, although it had so many dents and scratches I'm surprised there was room for any more, although none of them were mine! Rubbish!
