I have used Machine Mart over many years and have found the staff to be generally polite and helpful. However in the last few times I have been in the Plymouth branch, I have found the staff to be offhand, unhelpful. I think it rude, to be so called helping me and talking on the phone at the same time.
Its a case of the tail wagging the dog, the staff have been there a long and have become blase,,, I think they think they own the company. You may have nice niche market but I for one will endeavour to shop on line or maybe even Wickes.
