I have paid for 2 of my sons to learn to drive with BSM. The first one was very frustrated as it must have been every other lesson was cancelled and re-scheduled. However a couple of years later my younger son went here thinking the previous service may have been just sheer bad luck. Nothing has changed. His last lesson was the 7th February and he has been cancelled 3 times since then and it is now the 29th February. He has only had 4 double lessons and has had more cancellations than lessons. I don't normally leave bad reviews as I believe in giving people a chance but this guy is absolutely taking the micky.
We have asked for our money back for the last 2 lessons as it seems impossible to simply write it in a diary and turn up. Just shows an utter disrespect for his clients. and as you can tell I am sick to the back teeth of it. My son has set aside 2 slots in the last two sundays only to be let down.
How you are meant to learn to drive with 3 week gaps between lessons is beyond me.
