Came in to buy a diamond ring for my soon to be fiancee and found their representative Natasha to be very rude and unhelpful. I advised her as to my budget and style I wanted but she made me feel cheap and pathetic. I explained to her that my max budget was not negotiable and she insisted on showing me rings outside of my price range before showing me what was available for me within budget. This made me feel really bad and I feel she saw me as lower class! She suggested I go somewhere like argos if I couldn't afford their items! Will NEVER shop or recommend this place to anyone I know as obviously according to Natasha we just aren't good enough!
