Never got past the door. Walk ins are apparently Not welcome. A nice lady said she would do my nails, but before I could sit down, another man, I assume it was the owner, barked at me and then said that I had to make a booking. The first lady just stared at the floor, too frightened to speak. Wouldn't go back ever. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Rude! 17-05-19

My nails needed a rebalance so I popped in, I got moved around between the 2 technitions although I don’t know why. I wanted a pink and white manicure, but the woman didn’t listen and just put pink over. I told her this is not what I want so she huffed and took off just the front, and put white tips on. They look a complete mess and have started lifting after only 4 days. For £28 for a rebalance it’s not even cheap and wast totally appalling service and totally apauling aesthetics. I will never come here again. 20-07-18

NEVER GO HERE. If it was possible to award 0 stars that’s what I would do.

Visited this salon today with my daughter, was given a price by a young man working there. The price agreed was £33 for a manicure and pedicure and we were told if we would like to upgrade to shellac, we would need to pay £10 extra. Halfway through the pedicure, my daughter asked whether they were going to fill the foot spa (which had no water in it). At this point the “owner” of the shop abruptly said there would be no water as it would be “bad for her leg”. We did not understand this peculiar reasoning and questioned it further, the owner then became very aggressive and demanded £20 for us to have water for her pedicure. We were then shouted at repeatedly by the owner, his staff so scared they couldn’t even look in his direction. My daughter became afraid and said she did not want her toes done anymore so then the man started shouting and said he didn’t want to do it anyway. We were terrified for our safety and left money for the manicure on the table (the only treatment she ended up receiving) and ran out the door.

I believe the owner was deliberately trying to intimidate us into paying more for below standard treatment. 25-10-17

Best nails I've ever had done. Came here for 10 Years and because the nails were so fantastic I put up with the owners being so rude and miserable but I did draw the line at Vann (the man) lying to me on more than one occasion. 19-06-17

I had a bad experience at this nail bar. I had acrylics put on and my cuticles were bleeding for days afterwards. The customer service was very poor, as I found the man doing my nails rude, and out of order for hitting my hands quite hard if they tensed up at all. 10-05-16

Excellent service, wonderful quality colours, good prices.
Walk in Service and prompt attention.
Removal off acrylics, reapplying of acrylic overlay, UV gel colour and good manicure 27 GBP. Excellent. On hols but will defo visit again. 10-08-15

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! Wouldn't have my nails done anywhere else in the UK!!!! Fast, efficient and long-lasting. £20 once a month to keep my nails looking gorgeous is a bargain! 12-11-12
