If you are looking to buy then this store will more than likely have the item you are looking for.
However if like me you are looking to sell then I would avoid this store.
The manager appears to work flexi time and the staff have no idea when he may or may not be in. When i got through to the manager on the phone (email was ignored) I felt like I was wasting his time. I was told to attend the store the following week as he was busy!. I explained I would be attending the following wednesday owing to my days off, which was agreed. As such I attended on the Wednesday to be told he was in Cornwall (wasted journey into town and parking charges). The staff didn't know when he would be back that day however reassured me he would be back the following day. At opening time the following day I called the store several times, all calls unanswered. I drove into town and owing to my previous experience decided to call again before paying for parking. My first call went unanswered, my second call was hung up and on my third attempt I was abruptly told that I couldn't speak with the manager as he was not in and then the call was hung up....
I am very dissapointed with this and as such will not be using the store any further. For an independant specialist interest shop I can not believe how poor their customer service and focus is.
I imagine if I was buying then things would have been very different. I dread to think how you would be treated if you needed to return an item.
