Entered car park alright but difficult to find the passenger exit as lifts were blocked off. Found unmarked door to stairs leading down to street level with sign on the door leading on to the street warning that it is locked after 10.45pm. As there seemed to be no other way of getting back to our floor we had to leave our event earlier than we intended. No plans of the building, cars leaving by what should have been entries only, the whole dirty broken down building should be inspected by Plymouth council.
