Visited the new store on New George Street, Plymouth this morning to enquire about shoes for work. I have Plantar Fasciitis and have been in a flare up for a few weeks. A young assistant, Ashley, approached us to help. I told him the trainers I was looking for and he showed them to me, seemed to understand about the PF &, while he went to get my size so I could try them on, he took me to where the socks are displayed. He pointed out that they now have socks with arch support, which could maybe help my pain. He was very helpful & showed respect throughout, from us entering the store to purchasing said trainers & socks. Well done on your wonderful customer service Ashley! Your manager should be proud of your work.

Been in today, bought 2 pairs under offer on for Easter, got served at once
very helpful and polite, sometimes you just have to wait!

Completely impossible to get served in this shop. I've been in 3 times in the last few weeks with the aim to buy some sandals. Not once was there a free member of staff to serve me with only 1 or two in the store at the time. When compared to all the other shoe shops where the service is brilliant I will now be buying my summer sandals from elsewhere.
